Bad experience at all of the Caltex garages!!

<p>I live in Hartbee****rt, the Caltex here is unbelievably useless! I always wait ATLEAST 15 minutes to get my car filled up. But I kept on going to this garage because its on the most relevant spot for my usual routine. I went there last Sunday to fill up my car, check the oil, get my tires checked ect. The guy asked me if I'm travelling far since I'm doing all this, I was stupid enough to say yes, because I asked to pump my tyres 2bars, and they pumped one of my tyres 4.5 bars. I found thet out at Caltex palaborwa, where they refused to let me go to the bathroom without paying, they said its a franchise thing, thats a stupid lie, once I payed to go to the toilet (urgently) I waited 10 minutes for them to unlock the toilets, they only unlocked it after I asked about 5 times!!! I wil go out of my way to never support a caltex ever again! When I'm at a Caltex, it feels like I'm at a government home affairs, I get exactly the same service at Caltex. My decision to not support caltex ever again is because of the tyre issue... I get points from my bank everytime I fill up my car at caltex, but its not worth it at all! I have got staff with company cars, that must fill up at caltex Hartbee****rt, you will NEVER see one of my cars there again! And I'm making it my mission to let as many people as possible know about this caltex. I was travelling with my family including my 5year old daughter! WHAT IF MY TYRE EXPLODED??????? Its unbelievable!!!!! I am going to take this to court! They have done the same thing with my Harley-Davidson about two months ago.</p>
