Bad customer service

I made a quick stop at the garage today, bought a few items including airwaves chewing gum which was wrongly priced. When I enquired about the price, the cashier (Nobuhle) told me the shelf price which indicated R9. 99 was the incorrect price.. The correct price was R11. 99. I was upset as we customers don't look at the fine prints when shopping but the price that is displayed near the item. This is how we unsuspecting customers get **********. The cashier was rude and refused to give me the item at the price That was displayed with the item. I will NVR shop there again. I have taken a pic of the item and the price displayed.
