bad customer service

My friends and i went to the fresh stop caltex in umhlanga we purchased a pack of g****s we paid for our items then tried putting it in the packet when the container of g****s dropped on the floor due to the lid not been closed properly....we then asked one of the cashers if we could please go and take another pack when she then spoke very rudely to myself and my friends saying that its out fault cos lid wasn't closed properly i was very upset in the manner the casher spoke to me its sad that we purchase items from there almost everyday we support the store very bad customer service.
