Bad attitude

Good day

I have experienced the most disgusting service at freshstop which was not the first time,it was on the 21 Dec 2017 where I went into the freshstop at penlyn service station Belgravia road I went to purchase fresh chicken ,however there was nothing in the fridge where I asked a staff member who was standing close by,his response was abrupt and just responded " NO" I then asked him could I see the manager of the store where he again responded abruptly to me and said there is no manager on duty .

I then proceeded to the till to ask another staff member for the manager who also told me there is no manager on duty and directed me to the first staff member who advised that he is the supervisor on duty .I then went to him asked his name and he refused to give me his name I took his name from his sweater which was Malik.

I am very disappointed at the service and as a regular customer I deserve an apology and compensation as my family and I always stop at this particular freshstop because it is enroute and close to home.
