Pathetic clean and horrible service!!!!

Pathetic Service!

I paid for a deep clean but received nothing more than a basic clean, with several areas left dirty. Despite weeks of follow-ups and giving them opportunities to rectify the issues, I was met with delays and an unprofessional attitude when requesting a fair refund.

Instead of taking accountability, my concerns were dismissed. Unfortunately, both the service and customer care fell far below expectations. I would not recommend FreshAndShine.
