Freshproperty

Hi please be in a look out, there is a real estate agent or property agent by the name of Freshproperty by Gregory Bouwer in and around Silver lakes and surroundings. this guy is a *****/******** and must be arrested, we had an agreement to rent his property and agreed that the damages in the property should be fixed first (such as no running water, tiles were damaged, dirty walls, no door lock) and he promised to do so if I pay a deposit of R 4 600.00. I did pay the deposit as agreed but upon the date of moving in, no work or fixing was done. All the damages were not fixed and took my deposit fee of R4 600.00 with him and he is no where to be found and not returning my calls now. please help me find this Guy and my money back. I also believe the company Fresh property is not a registered company because is no where in existence.
