Dissapointed with service

We ordered, with the request "no plastic please". Freshly Delivered confirmed they can do. We received everything wrapped in plastic. They apologised and did the same 2nd time. Most fruit and vegetables are good. Mushrooms and carrots bad. We contacted them, but they just referred us to an e-mail address. Not using them again.
