No Accountability for damages

This is a dry cleaner, from which my R700 jersey came back from initially still with a stain and were quick to say they would rectify it. Good service although an inconvenience. I then collected my jersey the second time, nicely packed as the dry cleaners do. Only a week later I thought id check the jersey out and where it for the day. Only to discover the Jersey for a medium sized man, is now a crop top. I had worn the jersey twice.<br> <br> Any normal person before packaging the cleaned tiny jersey would notice that this is no longer a mans sized jersey. Dishonesty on the employees side. The excuses I got were there is a 48 hour notice for returns on the slip given to me (I GOT NO SLIP) secondly her employee followed the washing instructions. She also said she never charged me for the stain removal R20 and she would normally give a refund 3 x the charge. What about the initial dry cleaning charge. As a dry cleaner they have risks and must take responsibility for their damages. Christine denied any responsibility for damaging my clothes. I will never use Freshly Clean again and discourage others due to the risk of damages and no recovery.
