SCORCHED UNIFORMS SENT FOR IRONING

I have used the services of Freshly clean Laundry often for my ironing. They have just recently gone under new Management, Last month I got a sms that they collect within a 5km radius free of charge and was very impressed. They came to collect my wash basket full of clothes including my work uninform to iron and I did a payment to them. They said they would drop it off the next day at 16h00. They got there earlier and phoned me and my husband was not home so I asked my neighbor if she could open for them and keep my ironing till we got home that evening after work. The next day i was off and my husband and I never unpacked the ironing which were in sealed plastic bags as we were staining a chest of drawers to clear up more space. The following day when I opened the sealed packets up to unpack the clothes I saw that my uniform had been scorched, 3 of my tops and 2 pairs of pants. I work in the Medical Field and immediately sent a WA to them and told them and sent them photos. They responded and said they were working on it and apologized for the inconvenience and say they will try their level best to fix this. They said we must pack all the stuff we not happy with and they will definitely fix it. They collected it and said they would wash it and re iron it, I then got a WA to ask if we can come past the Laundry and I could not that day as I was working till 17h00. My husband and myself went in the next day and he proceeded to show us how they iron, and I said that does not resolve my problem that they scorched my uniform. He then also basically accused my elderly neighbor by saying he found it strange as she was asking him all kinds of questions about how much they charge etc. and I said are you seriously accusing my neighbor of taking my uniforms out of the sealed packet, scorching them and folding them up and putting them back and resealing the packet. He then also said if a person wears a uniform a lot ... to which I responded that the top that was the most damaged I received in February and wear once a week, He just kept coming up with all kinds of excuses without taking any responsibility at all. I have ironed my own uniform and sent it there often and this has never happened, he still maintains they did nothing wrong, I told him I would get a quote from the uniform company and asked for his email address to which he said he will not respond anymore as he tried to talk nicely to me and I again said that is not going to resolve the issue that my uniforms were damaged by his institution and I sent him the costs of my uniform and he has not responded. He refused to tell me how we will resolve this, My uniform comes from Gina and they are not cheap. I cannot wear the uniforms he has scorched and have photos to prove the damage that was done. Their telephone numbers are: *** / *** and his name is Lehlohonolo.
