Unfair treatment and pathetic service

Good Morning I bought a perfume at freshgalaxy.storeza online. The perfume was delivered even though it was sealed the bottle seemed like a used bottle it had rusted and the spray was not working properly. I then wrote to them upon receiving my item. They promised to send me another one. Ever since ive been writing to them and they said it was sent they will give me a tracking number to track it. Even today it was not sent. Problem now they have blocked me and not replying to my messages. Order number was JH7BS.
