Uber eats Durbanville

I placed an order on 4th Feb. Order was confirmed. The app notified me that the driver is close by. Eventually i called the driver,via the app, to find out where he is. He either could not speak english or pretended to not understand me. After 4 calls, he went quiet and the app notified me that the parcel jas been delivered. I immediately contacted them via the app to say yhat I did not teceive my parcel. The emailed me to say that they will investigate, o ly to get back and say yhat the driver waited for 8 mins and nobody came out, so they will charge me for the order although i never received it. The drivers found a loophole to **** you of your goods, because of the policy uber eats has. " we will charge you if the driver cannot find your place" Really?! This business sucks! Daylight *******!
