Not refunded by Uber eats in East London while order didn’t arrive in Joburg

I have ordered a pizza in debonair My daughter ordered by mistake to beacon bay which is the last place o ordered to when I travelled to East London

How ever the pizza where to be delivered to the address is the same but difference should be Joburg not East London Pizza got delivered in East London instead of Joburg therefore I called East London debonair but unfortunately the order was already delivered to the incorrect address

I decided to order in the correct place Erich is Joburg then I laid a complaint on the app so today I am told I cannot be refunded my money because the driver called me which I didn’t not receive a call but a missed call and when I phoned the number immediately it didn’t go through

So why I am are not given my refund
