Poor service

I recently went under credit review due to the fact that we did not get increases for two years.I was contacted by the company.Since i signed the debi check Absa have been deducting more money from my account.I have phoned Percy at Freshcredit to find out what is going on but i am still waiting for feed back,or to get my money back.Absa have taken now all my money from my account and now i have no money for food.
