Terrible service ever

What a horrible experience, still do not have my glasses when I was promised to get them in 10 working days this was on the 9th July I cannot get help since Optometrist is now on maternity leave and does not respond emails to help she only respond with excuses, when my eye test was done I did not know she was on maternity leave the very same people she sent to do eye tests why don't they finish what they have started. This is not the end am going to escalate this to the highest level, only if she could respond my emails and say I have cancelled go ahead and see different Optometrist no she is giving me excuses after excuses I am also going to get in touch with daily sun I need to spread the word since I have been trying to sort out the matter directly with the Dr without any success I want as many people as possible to know that this optometrist Thembela take people's eyes for granted. This business in in Randburg. I will get in touch with Reatsotella as well I want people to know how we can be treated so bad by our own Doctors.
