Fresh start Produce in Centurions utter **** service and emty promises

I am not happy. We ordered on the 31st of March expecting delivery the following day as mentioned in the post delivery cut off for the following day is 18:00. We received our order confirmation 12:57. Contacted them 2 days later as no delivery happened. They told us our order was placed after 12:00 and will only be delivered the following week. Being understandable of situations around us we agreed. Still no communication we contacted them yesterday and they told us it will be delivered yesterday. We sent our address location two times and on our order it stated we are in Centurion. Regardless no delivery happened. Phoned them this morning and told us they do not deliver in doornpoort. WE AREN'T LOCATED IN DOORN POORT!!! As our order clearly state centurion. When on the phone now Sean got all funny and said he will drive through specially to us to deliver our goods to us at 4pm. I am sorry that is no special trip as you mention you deliver all over pretoria and as your website states delivery will happen BEFORE 12:00. I will relay this message to where ever you advertise as you do not provide the service you promise. And we were then informed they won't deliver to us again which is a shame since we thought we will make use of them regularly. But we fall under Centurion and Pretoria... This is utter **** service. We are 15km from Valhalla ....
