Would not Recommend Fresh Start Law Centre to anyone!

I app**** for expungements with this Law Centre thinking that it would be best doing this with a firm that has the expertise and that's been doing expungements for many years but i was very mistaken! App**** on 15 June 2018 for 2 cases to be expunged "1 case over 10years already and 2nd case has been withdrawn" and still up to date none of my cases has been expunged or even no date given for when this will be removed. When calling in to Fresh Start Law Centre to speak to one of the Account Manager's you wait nothing less than 15 minutes before your call gets answered sometimes over 30mins than your call gets directed to a Call Centre and that person will create a call back for you from one of the Account Managers but a Call Back never happens....i have called in so many times/send emails but no response only time when i do get through is simply by luck thats how it felt.

When i called for a progress report in December i was told they trying to get hold of a sergeant that's handling 1 of my cases "this means it took 6 months trying to get hold of this sergeant" i eventually told i would go by the police station and get the details for them and i emailed the documentation to them as prove from the court that case has been withdrawn from my name but still didn't even get a reply nothing from anyone at the Law Centre. I spoke to my Account Manager at Law Centre and were told that the 1 case will take roughly 3more months to be cleared than they will start with 2nd case that could take 6 more months! I know i could've app**** for expungements via the SAPS myself and this would've been less stressful and would've paid less for this to be cleared and i would've more proactive in getting this cleared as i feel not much attention or effort is put in getting my cases expunged.

Last week Thursday 14.02.2019 i spoke to account manager asking that i would like to be refunded and that i would rather do expungement on my own as there is no communication from them, i was told that she understand and its valid but she will forward the email that i send them for cancellation and she would give me feedback later that day and yet again it's now 18.02.2019 and still no feedback!
