Worst ever company to conduct business with

Dear Sir / Madam Sometime last year, I app**** for a job and I was told I was not successful because there is a negative judge on my profile (Pending case). I contacted Fresh Start law center and they promised they will help me to remove it from my profile since the case was withdrawn from the court. I paid them and my account is handling by Lizel Jemies. She has been promises me that she working on it, she will give me a feedback. Today I called Fresh Start Law at 12:00 pm, they transferred my call her. The system indicated I am second on queue will be answer in the next five minutes. I waited for more than an hour and the call was cut automatically. I called again the same happened, until 4 pm. After 4 pm I was told everyone has left, and there is literally no one to help. I ask the lady on the receptionist to at least give me or transfer my call to Lizel' s manager she told me there is no number to transfer my call, I asked her to give me an email address where I can send my query she refused to give me. I really don't know what to do now...atleast they can give me back my money since they not willing to assist. I am pleading everyone not matter how desperate you are never conduct any business with them.
