Worst customer service!

I opened and paid R17 000 more than 2 years ago to have my record expunged. 2 years later, I receive NO RESPONSE on any of my emails and have been struggling to get anyone's attention at this firm. Last I heard is that my case got lost at the court house and no response when I try to follow up. It has been months. I have asked for a new case worker, communication from the manager, anything, but have not been helped. By this time, I can expunge my own record as it has been 10 years without the struggle and the very steep fee. I feel ****** and is highly disappointed with this company.
