Worst Company in SA

<div>I stumbled on Fresh Start Law Firm while searching on Google. There website by far is most informative and they market themselves as the biggest in South Africa. I opted for them can called there 086 number which no one answered. The following day I called again, but this time it was answered in a short time, by an agent named ****. I asked him what the cost and procedures were, he dropped the phone. Thinking that it might be a signal or landline problem, I called back six times but every time the phoned back they would drop the call. I decided to make an appointment via email, as there website allows for that. I received an email and sms confirming my appointment. While I was in a meeting on the same day of the appointment I received a call from there Cape Town office but could not take the call. I arrived at the Century City office in Cape Office on time, only to be told that no one was present. The receptionist called the person who I was to meet, namely ****. W**** informs me that he knows nothing of the appoint and did not call me although he confirms that he is the only person servicing the Western Cape and the number came from his office. He promised to come to me the following day, but arrived an 1hr30 late. He rescheduled for the next day but informed me that he was running late again. I cancelled the appointment. I sent an email complaining about the service, which is a direct contrast to what they advertise on there website, but received no reply or acknowledgement of the email. I have given my business to Nevetec who is by far more professional. they are the worst company in South Africa which I have come across.</div>
