<div>When you phone you don't seem to get to a consultant . I phoned about 20 times in the course of a week . I only got hold of one , still waiting for his feedback . Even no reply to emails sent to your Dedicated Account Manager. I even booked the courier to pick up my documents . They made arrangments for today 24/03/2020. Nobody pitch up. Even if there was a problem with the courier . Fresh start law could at least contact me&nbsp;</div>
