From being advised that my matter would take less than the guaranteed 60 days, it has now dragged on for almost 6 months. Calling their offices to either no one answering to getting transferred to 6 different people who could not give me an update. Sending email updates, to receiving automated messages each time which did not give me any clarity on what was happening in my matter. Getting told I was provided with information, which was not the case and further being told that it is not their fault the government is backlogged when I was guaranteed that my matter would be completed within 2 months. Then suddenly out of the blue as I am about to take legal action, my matter gets finalized without any shred of evidence. Not sure how this business operates and/or what gain they get from messing with people's lives. I would not recommend them to anyone and would highly urge people to stay far away from them. They are ********* and unprofessional in all areas of business. I am highly disappointed in this company who guarantees to give people a "FRESH START", in actual fact gives people "FALSE HOPE".
