TWO YEARS OF HELL DEALING WITH FSLC

i just received a CUSTOMER ABUSE email ?

i have never in my life heard of a company sending such an email after i had a legitimate question regarding my case. This is the worst service i have ever experienced in my life. If you get to speak to someone they are so rude and arrogant. Like you owe them something. Yet they owe me information on a case that is been ongoing for TWO YEARS.

These people are clearly only in it for the money

The national hotline is not answered. Mails are ignored. Whatsapps are ignored. the offices are abandoned ... Well i know for a fact that there is no one in the JHB or PTA office and i have seen people saying the same about CPT.

Should i lay a charge of ***** at the police ? will it help ?
