Total lack of customer care

I’ve now sent the same email to Lizel Jemies eight times and she doesn’t have to courtesy to reply to one of them!!!! Also spending money on prioritising ones application is a waste of money. I app**** on the 23rd of November 2017 and I’m still waiting!! Total waste of money!!!!
