The most useless company I've ever dealt with. Very quick to take your money though.

THIS IS THE MOST USELESS COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!!!! They give "Support Credits", and use these support credits without ever resolving anything?????????? My case has been going on now for more than 3 years. THREE YEARS!!!!!!!!!!! What mus I do more to get this resolved. I am at my whits end. Their feedback is shabby at best and totally, inadequately, **********, at worst!! NONE of the people that dealt with my case originally is with the company anymore? Why is that?? Over more than 3 years they have NEVER kept a promise, or kept an appointment for a follow up or call-back. NEVER!! I am so gatvol for companies taking your money and thinking they can get away with doing nothing. I have asked for management to get back to me. It has never happened before, doesn't matter how many times I ask. It seems to be part of their business plan. Take the clients money and then ignore them????? They advertise 9 out of 10 clients are happy. I call bull****! Stay away. These are ******** that will take your money.
