Terrible Service

If I could give this company -10 stars in the review, I would. I am not one to usually complain, however I have received the most absolutely atrocious service from Fresh Start Law. I submitted my fingerprints and paperwork for a police clearance certificate in February this year. I have heard absolutely nothing from them except for the same email template sent every few weeks and have had no feedback or police clearance certificate provided. Disgusting, they take your money and provide no service or assistance whatsoever. I wish I had read up on Hello Peter before I utilized their services. DO NOT USE THEM.
