Still waiting for police clearance again!!!!!

I am still waiting for my police clearance. Been a month since posting documents. Status still shows in progress? I've sent emails & I've called, no response. I received a email a week ago that afiswitch received your delivery with a waybill number?? Now can someone explain what is going on? Your turn around time is 5-10 days for a clearance. I'm waiting more than a month! What is the hold up????? I told u guys last time keep in contact with your clients so we can know what is happening! None the less same poor treatment. Get my clearance so I can stop once & for all complaining as bout your company. I could have app**** at Saps which would have been cheaper at this slow snail rate!
