STAY AWAY!!! ********

If I could give them a minus 100 I would!!!! They take your money, do not respond to calls. When you try call their offices you get a automated system that puts you on hold for over an hour. The so called "dedicated account manager" you never hear from, they say you get weekly updates.. WHAT A JOKE.!!! Not once have I been updated on the progress of my application, despite my daily emails and queries on the site. The customer portal doesnt update either, I do not recommed them to anyone they are a bunch of ********. My next fight will be to get my money back from them as they have not kept to any promise/agreement that they claimed they were going to. I hope that the SA Legal council looks into this company, as they are nothing but ******* artists and I will gladly give all my proof to prove such.
