Stale law center with poor customer service

Advertised for processes to be completed in 12 weeks. It's almost a year and the CEO and the paralegal department sends you unconfirmed emails with no finalization dates if process.

Company is virtual and difficult to find them if you need face to face contact. They simply put you on hold and ignore you. Waited almost 45 mins

Poor response to simple emails. No distinctive response to queries.
