This is a **** i have been struggling to get hold of this ppl b4 you pay them they call you i even visited the office in century city afta i paid nothing has been done to my clear my record there are delays afta delays or shud i say lies afta lies.the offices in century city are empty...i dnt no what to do anymore my ***.Can we report to authorities ??

I've investigated. The only issue on file was a database issue with your SAPS ******** record. Per communication, our team had to first obtain your case docket and update it with the ******** record centre in Pretoria on your behalf.
Though an isolated issue, the repair was required and we thank you for your patience. If we had submitted as-is it could of caused lengthy delays at the Department of Justice. This is one of main causes of abandoned expungement applications when done DIY or through over service providers.
At the end of June this matter was resolved to which you received detailed progress. Happy to report that you were made aware on 27 June that we are now in progress removing your ******** record at the DOJ.
