Needed a charge expunged,Once they have taken your money,it just goes down hill.e mails dont get answered,when they do answer ,the response does not answer your question,book a phone call back,nothing,and it just goes on ..11 months now and i have not received a thing in writing as to what they promised has been done..yet they say 12 weeks start to finish,don't know how they are allowed to continue to operate. ..have i been ****med?
