my fist question is on there website it says you will not pay more than R2190 why was i charged so much more they did not explain this???

then they sent me a ******** history report then saying we cannot help you as ten years has not lapsed BUT didn't I say in the beginning that I did not know when the issue accrued.......?????? So all they sent me was 1 clearance certificate and a report does this cost R2675 just for that?! ***

I then sent them e-mails regarding these statements no response I asked them to refund me no response

Basically all i paid for was 1 clearance certificate that lasts 3 months, i get an e-mail on the 3rd month stating its going to expire from Mishka Levy so I asked her please advise what the next steps are to take this forward she never responded to my e-mail.
