Must be the worst service ever. No answers, updates and unanswered phone calls to their phone line. Cannot even log on their web site to check progress or status on a case. (still awaiting owner access) Beginning to think this is a ****......Not sure how to recover monies paid to date. Any one thinking of using Fresh Start, please look at alternative service providers for assistance.
