Promises!!!!

I am very disappointed in the service from Fresh Start Law, after numerous unanswered calls, i got through to Themba. I explained my situation to him, and he just cut me off, after i explained my situation. I have left a very good previous review, and was made promises that never materialized. I was promised that the original expungement certificate would be send to me, as well as on their cost a police clearance certificate. I hope the right person at Fresh Start reads this message.
