<div>I contacted this company to assist me with the ******** clearance process. The paralegal assigned to my care is&nbsp; &nbsp;****. Communication from their side started out amazing. They promised the world and I believed it. Initially it was going to cost somewhere over R2000. It can apparently be done much quicker, but would then cost somewhere over R5000. I opted for the quicker way and handed over the money. I am not in South Africa and had to also travel to a SA embassy in order to get fingerprints done. The trip plus the courier cost me another R3500. So, this is not the cheapest thing I have ever done. Anyway, as soon as I paid them, all communication has stopped. My emails go unanswered. Call back requests are ignored. I have logged support tickets, requested refunds, pleaded for an simple email so that I can at least know that they are doing something. Nothing! Not a word from them. I made the payment to the full amount over a week and a half ago. Not only does the website show that they are still awaiting payment from me, it is also in a completely different amount to what I was invoiced. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am leaning towards the opinion that it is a ****. I pray that it is not.</div>
