Poor Service - No Customer Service

Not even worth one star but unfortunately I have to rate otherwise I can't write my review. In December my fiance could get his dream job but due to a ******** record he was unable to get the job. He was told that he should clear his name and reapply. I went online and stumble upon Fresh Start Law Centre and I completed his details. On the 19th of December a lady called him and went thru the process with him. I then immediately paid the first instalment of 3. The lady that sold him the product told him that it will be all done in 3 months time as Fresh Start doesn't close in December so there won't be any issues. On the 20th of May i logged a call as it is already way over the 3 month as promised period and still we don't have an expungement. Received an email this morning that it is in the final stages and that we should have an answer within the next 2 weeks. But further down it says it could take another 21 days at the ******** Records Centre. Honestly if you can't keep a promise and stick to it don't make it. This is really bull**** that clients should be doing follow ups and get ticket numbers but absolutely nothing is done about it. It's not like you didn't receive payment as this account was paid in full. Or is it because we are not taking any additional products that there is no customer service and just a ball of empty promises. Account Number FSLC31286
