POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

It a huge struggle getting any feedback or my money back as Fresh Start Law Centre did not inform me of all required steps. Numerous emails with no respond. Had live chat today have taken screenshot, no success to assist me and only wanna escalate to Financial department. They don't reply on any emails.
