Police Clearance Certificate - Very Disappointing Service

I submitted an application for an urgent priority Police Clearance certificate on the 25th of June 2019 and paid a fee of R1 680 under case number (***). According to the advertising on the Fresh Start Law Center website, an urgent priority Police clearance certificate takes 8-10 working days. I have however not received the document 3 months later as of today (27 Sept 2019), I sent numerous e-mails to Fresh Start Law and have never received an official response, just automated responses. Extremely disappointed at the service as this document was required urgently, I effectively donated R1 680 to the company. It is actually possible to obtain a Police Clearance certificate directly from a Police station for a charge of R140 in much less time. The advertised service is therefore misleading.
