Pathetic Service Over 7 months and no Police clearance

My father app**** for his police clearance and was assured that if he pays R1650.00 he will have his police clearance in 28 days. He app**** on the 30th of January 2019.He paid the money, but to date has not received the police clearance. The communication from the company has been pathetic to say the least. We get irregular feedback and if they give us feedback they keep telling us that it will be next week..When we contact them we wait anything from 20 min to an hour for them to answer the telephones.
