Pathetic service by Fresh Start Law

During 2019 I paid the amount of R2190-00 into their bank account for assistance to clear my son's name. Up to date it is not done and I am struggling to get my money returned. After many emails I did not even received a reply. When phoning their help desk, the person just say that they can't assist me and that I should contact their finance department. Their service (or lack thereof is pathetic) as they don't even respond to your emails.
