Pathetic Service!

Very disappointed in the service as fresh start was highly recommended by quite a number of people. I found the service to be pathetic and very slow. I've been waiting for almost 3yrs now. Paid them in full. Lack of communication and when I do call no one can give an accurate answer. Id like to know what is happening with my case! If someone senior can call with some positive info as I feel as though I'm being ****med!
