PATHETIC RESPONSE ON EMAIL QUERIES - NO PHONE CONTACT

I have been sending numerous emails to Mieshkah and Lizel regarding a document they requested and that I have forwarded to them.....Mieshkah advised that the police clearance cert will expire soon and that she needed this document to proceed - it is a nightmare to get hold of her by phone as I am always told that she is on another call.... I phoned again today and was advised that she will call me.....but the woman did not even take my no. to give to her to call me...SERIOUSLY???? this is not good service....I AM SOOOOOO FRUSTRATED
