Pathetic, Pathetic Service, BEWARE

The most horrible service experience I have had thus far in my life. For a Law firm, firstly false advertising of timelines. I have lost count of the number of emails which I have sent to both the Dedicated Account Manager and the Customer Success Manager requesting for feedback which have not been responded too. My urgent priority application is now ongoing for 6 months, was supposed to be done in 12 weeks. Recieved a confirmation email on 1st September 2018 advising that DOJ had approved expungement of my record, confirmation certificate would be recieved in 21 Days. Today is the 6th of November and still I wait, no responses to countless emails requesting for feedback from supposedly dedicated consultants.
