Pathethic Service, Do not use them!

I wish there was a negative Star rating I would rate it that, I contacted the business to have an expungment done in November, after calling I received an invoice within minutes. I made payment a few days later and then get a few mails, they even answered my calls, and now nothing, I have recorded conversations where I try to call and and go from being 2nd in the que on hold to 1st then 6th. Then I call back as if im a new customer and the call is answered super fast then when I ask to speak to someone or to the progress on my case, I get put on hold and nothing, I have made dozens of calls been on hold for hours and have not had contact with anyone. I have sent numerous mails stating I would like a refund and still nothing.

I would appreciate if someone cantact me and either state the time this will take and also deliver the goods as promised, or else refund me. Its that simple. I have contacted the Law Society of South Africa who state that this is not even a Legal Firm.

I have made payment on the 9th November, and promised a clearance letter in 14 days. it is well past 14days!

Online portal just states awating documentation, which I hand delivered to their Durban branch.
