Paid for priority/urgent case handling and have not received ANY service that was promised and agreed upon

On the 26th and 27th march I requested "urgent priority" assistance and they were fast to assist me with their services. I was requested to make the payments of a total of R7075 agreed service levels and turnaround times of which none have been met. The NCC (booking/payment for an initial high-speed clearance certificate) which has an SLA of 1 day has not been received after 5 working days. After paying the fee for a "priority/urgent" request, the case was only updated on the 1st April as priority. I was given a priority pin which is of no use. I have been assigned an account manager who has done nothing, not met her agreement with me and also not responded to my escalations. I have also called the service centre numerous times as well as escalated to the complaints department (so called MD) with no callback. I have also spoken to a representative from customer care on numerous occasions and am just being told there is a backlog and she is "SORRY". The "ugrent/priority" service sucked over 7K out of me, failed to deliver ANYTHING I paid for and whoever is supposed to be handling my case has not responded to my emails and has not been able to provide any solutions over the phone. My social media message was also not responded to and my escalation is also not being handled. I am being told things like "I don't want to tell you a lie / I cannot make any promises / there is a backlog / I am sorry I didn't call / I will send you an email (which doesn't happen) etc etc etc. I am starting to think this is a ****. Quick to take your money with ZERO service, priority and solutions. I also asked what happens to the difference in the fees I paid for "priority/urgent" case handling to which I also have not received an answer. Please get someone that can deliver a solution and the service I paid for to contact me and be able to deliver what I have been promised.
