Not getting back to me, not sending my documentation.

Everything was ok in the beginning. Application went through and it was approved. It took a very long time but I waiting patiently. (+-6 months) Hell started after that, for 3 months now I been waiting for them to mail my proof letter to me. I paid the extra to have it couriered to me, as they agreed and said it would be done ASAP. Still waiting. I have no proof that the whole thing was actually expunged. I will have to do a clearance certificate just to find out. I have sent a million mails, cc'ing every email I have from them including my case officer and others. I have left my name and number at the call center as they will "Phone me Back" but they never do. The person that needs to help me is either " Not at her desk" or just doesn't answer the phone.
