Not assisting at all - poor service
<p>After numerous emails sent to Mieshkah Levy to contact me he still puts my case on hold, this company is useless to say, please be vigilant because as soon as they have all the outstanding money your case recieve a zero attention and remain on the shelves. I have emailed and requested my money be paid back to me seeing that they can not provide what they promise. </p>

I've investigated and found the following:
1 Aug 2016: You were advised that a Presidential Pardon is required to remove your ******** record due to the serious nature of the crime.
3 Aug 2016: You made an initial payment to commence the initial Department of Justice application.
29 Aug 2016: You made the final payment for the Presidential Pardon.
16 Sep 2016: We had completed 95% of your Presidential Pardon application.
Between 16 Sep 2016 and 28 Feb 2017 our office sent you:
9 Emails
14 SMS messages
8 Call attempts
As we required additional information from you for the Presidential Pardon motivation pack (before we submitted to the Presidents Office- to ensure this is an absolute success).
Our many attempts were unsuccessful. On 28 Feb 2017 we put the specific case "On Hold" - The email read the following:

This relates to obtaining required documentation from you.
