NO START LAW CENTRE

i have been back and forth with fresh start Law Centre. I have paid my money . dropped off my finger prints and still get messages stating there is a problem with your finger prints and we will call you tomorrow. I have also received numerous messages saying we still require info (That I have sent already) I have called on numerous occasions and been given the run around ,when you eventually get through , after approximately 30 minutes. When you ask to speak to management , they are never available and do not return your calls when you leave messages for them to call you. THEIR SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED OF ANY COMPANY , THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. This process has been ongoing now , for the last 4 - 5 months.
