No service avoid at all costs

Beware stay away from this company as they do not deliver any service they take your money don't deliver any service lie to you, avoid you at all costs.

I approached the company to get my Police Clearance Certificate as the Police station was unable to get it for my and the Police station recommended them as there was allot of flyers for the company at the station. Contacted the company made an appointment for the Monday morning. Completed and supp**** all required documents and made payment on the Monday. I was communicated to me that it will take 14 work days for them to get my PCC. After 5 working days I followed up and my paperwork had not been send to the Police in Pretoria, got the idea the service agent Lizel Jemies did not know where my paperwork and application was. Followed up the next day and it was indicated that paperwork was taken personally by Qanita Taylor and handed in which was later confirmed never happened. Following up daily there was no movement on my application and Lizel Jemies could not give any answers, after requesting contact details of her supervisor Qanita Taylor it was indicated they do not give her cell number or any other contact number but I should send an email. After sending the email on the 8th working day I did not receive any feedback. After following up on the 9th working day it promised that everything has been handed in and will be registered still the same day by Lizel Jemies. On the Monday which was the 10th working day I went to Fresh Start Law Centre offices in Century centre as my application has not been registered. After speaking to Qanita and Lizel in person they did not have any answers and contradicting stories of the progress of my application. Due to the urgency of my PCC I decided to get the services of another agency as no progress or feedback was given by Fresh Start Law Centre. After sending and email to Qanita Taylor and Lizel Jemies to cancel my service and reimburse me my fees paid as no service was delivered I did not receive any feedback. Following up on the 12th working day Qanita indicated that I had to request the cancellation and refund online. This was done on the 13th working day, my on-line account was closed the following week with Fresh Start Law Centre and no communication was send regarding my refund. Following up with Qanita she indicated there is nothing she can do as it is with the finance department and there is also no contact person or number for anybody at the finance department. At the moment after 25 working days they do not take my calls or respond to any emails, in short they have ****** my money as no service has been given. Save yourself the money and avoid this company at all costs, recommend using "Certificates RSA" as they give great service and results.
