No response or explanation
I have sent email after email after email to Mieshkah, Waseema, Tatum and Grace and get no response from them. Absolutely nothing. They obviously just don’t care.
Also no can explain to me and I’m definitely not feeling the effect of the urgent priority service I paid for. Again nothing!! It feels like I’ve paid and this money was taken from me and nothing changed. I’ve asked over and over and over for my so called Dedicated Account Manager to show me the two month reduction their advert shows. As usual nothing!!! No response. No explanation. No demonstration. Nothing.
I even asked for an escalation to senior management and again absolutely nothing back from them.
I think this Company should be ashamed of themselves. They sell service to people in difficult situations with their backs against the wall but don’t deliver at all. Don’t even answer an email. Shameful!!!!
