No contact or updates upset client.!!!

<div>I paid a week ago for a police clearance certificate, sent the documents through. Till to date I've sent emails &amp; I've called no one picks up or replies back. Then u still have a cheek to send me a email saying u still waiting for payment???? Afta I received a email from u stating u received payment!! Quick to ask for payment but once paid no. Contact is made. I need the police clearance as your false advertising of keeping clients uptodate is a lie. Your member portal doesn't work &amp; Miss *** is no where to be found as she seems to be everyone's dedicated manager who no one has ever spoken to. At least keep in contact with clients! Isn't that what service is about??? Please send me a email at least to keep me updated if u have received the documents. Die maatskapy maak my bedonnered man.&nbsp;</div>
